           World Standards Day or World Standardization Day is an international date designed to draw people's attention to the importance of the actions associated with the creation of common standards of action and to pay well-deserved tribute to the joint efforts of tens of thousands of specialists who devote their lives and professional skills to responsible and necessary work. Professorsko - teaching staff of the department  "Standardization and certification", which carries out training of specialists in the field of standardization and certification for all sectors of the economy of our country, annually celebrates this day by organizing and conducting seminars, the topic of which is devoted to the most topical issues related to the development of the national standardization system of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with new global challenges and challenges.

        So, 2017 is held under the motto "World Standards Day - 2017: "Standards make cities smarter". By this date, at the faculty level, the department "Standardization and Certification", together with the South Kazakhstan branch of the RSE "Kazakhstan Institute for Standardization and Certification", is holding a seminar that will be held on 03/10/2017 in the 306B audience.
