One of the most pressing problems of students is the lack of places in dormitories. Students who have not received a place in the hostel are forced to look for apartments. Thus, the increase in rent for rented houses primarily negatively affects students. In order to increase the level and attractiveness of higher education, first of all, it is necessary to increase the amount of scholarships for students. The solution of these issues is provided by the election program of the candidate for President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev.
