The development of international cooperation in the field of education and science - the basis of improving the quality of educational services

Development and implementation of quality assurance system of engineering education in the Central Asian countries, including the Republic of Kazakhstan, calls for close cooperation with leading universities in countries outside the European Union. These universities include University of Food Technologies of the Republic of Bulgaria, located in the city of Plovdiv is one of the country's leading universities in the field of training for the food industry.

In the period from 19 to 29 June 2016, the Head of the Department "Standardization and Certification", candidate of technical science, associate professor A.K. Tulekbayeva I was invited to the University to exchange experiences in the field of training of control and quality management and safety of food products, collaborative research, deliver lectures to students and undergraduates.

The results of the trip allowed to collaborate with leading professors and scientists in the field of standardization and certification of packaging and labeling of food products, the development of new functional food products from domestic Kazakh raw materials, formation of joint research projects on the development of technique performing measurement (TPM) on the safety performance of milk and milk products TR CU "On safety of milk and dairy products", planning for the next academic year faculty academic mobility of  teachers' staff , students and masters of the department "Standardization and certification". There were also lectures to students and undergraduates specialty "Control and safety of animal products".

I believe that the work carried out will establish a fruitful cooperation in the field of education and science between the two universities.
