The Department of Scientific projects and programs of the South Kazakhstan State University named after M. Auezov informs that according to the results of the competition of innovative projects in the field of agro-industrial complex of the city of Shymkent within the 026 program, the project "Production of biologically active additives based on plant raw materials Stevia" was won, the head of the PhD Azimov Abdugani Mutalovich.
The aim of the project is to create a production of biologically active additives based on plant raw materials Stevia and produce products without the addition of sugar and its components with replacement with a sweetener.
The know-how of the project is the vacuum processing of plant raw materials (a new type of technology), a complex technological process for obtaining dietary supplements from Stevia plants. A new variety of long-term natural sweetener Stevia is adapted to the climatic conditions of the southern region.
